We ordered deliveroo at 8:30 and we had a phone call from the rider not know where to go told him you got wrong address. I told him the right address he still was lost my partner told him postcode. Then after we got phone and the stupid woman on phone then saying it's my fault something about address and the arrow. But we spoke to the rider several times and they just did understand what we were saying..I think they just couldn't be bothered to deliver too.
Then you got to wait so many days for credit note on deliveroo. I prefer Just eat have no issue won't be using them again even if certain takeaway's are only on them they are just not good.
Anyone else experience this
