Does anyone have a way to contact Evri Please

I am missing 4 parcels from 3 different companies.

Each of these parcels has a tracking number, each shows the parcel made it to my regional hub and has then never been sent out for delivery. At a guess I'd assume they've lost the courier who delivers to this route and they are just sitting there while they try to recurit(?)

Anyway, I've had a look on Evri's website and there is literally no way to contact them, no phone, email, live chat bot, nothing.

One of these parcels is something for my childs birthday which is now out of stock, so I'm desperate to try and get hold of it. Does anyone have any ideas please?

I don't think that you can - Evri's contract is with the company who sold and despatched the goods, not you, so they probably wouldn't speak to you anyway. You need to contact the seller/s.

Lightuptheroom · 29/07/2022 11:15

Contact the sellers and they will then speak to Evri

Thanks @NoodleNuts . Unfortunately I think you're right, I'm just a bit desperate! The sellers each tell me they have asked Evri where the parcels are but Evri have not got back to them with information so they will chase again 🙄

There is a live chat. I used it to (not) track down one of my missing parcels, which I need to start chasing again. Thanks for the reminder.

Anyway, click on Help on the website and a little question mark pops up in the bottom right hand corner. Click on this to bring up the live chat window.

@BarbaraofSeville oh thank you!! I did see the tiny question mark that pops up but I had no idea if you pressed it you got live chat! Thank you. I'm typing in the tracking numbers right now!

Pretty sure you can’t. I had this problem last week when they were giving me the runaround. I’m the end I contacted Amazon who contacted the supplier on my behalf. Amazingly it turned up the next day. Can’t help wondering if it would have happened if Amazon hadn’t been involved.

RelentlessForwardProgress · 29/07/2022 11:33

Oh flip! It doesn't work after all.
When you put in the tracking number it just says
This is the latest update I have for the parcel and then lists what it says when you put in the tracking info ie at the regional centre, we'll let you know when its out for delivery.....so its not actually live chat at all, its just another way of putting in the bar code and getting the same message
Aggh!
It makes me so cross, all the packages the retailer has charged me money to post to me, so why can't they use the £4.95 to employ a decent courrier

My Evri courier told me he was leaving because they insisted he worked 7 days a week which he has for years. He asked to drop to 6 days and they said no.

So god knows what will happen to our parcels now but I'm not surprised they're losing couriers!

RainbowCrayons · 29/07/2022 12:33

I had the same thing with them when they lost my parcel. The live chat told me that my parcel was not delivered as expected and 'is there anything else I can help you with?' How about telling me if and when it will be delivered. Mine was an asos order who were really good at chasing and kept me updated but after 5 days accepted my parcel was lost and sent a replacement. I suspect they would have been quite happy to ignore individuals but it's harder with a big company who rely on prompt delivery for their reputation.

RelentlessForwardProgress · 29/07/2022 12:48

@Clymene wow I don't blame him for leaving!

I live in a very rural area so its a shit route to be honest- where my parents live the driver literally goes down the street stopping every couple of houses to drop off, whereas here the houses are a long way apart down long drives and often tricky to find. We have had a couple of drivers in the past leave for 'better' routes. I suspect they just can't get anyone to do it
