Is any one else experiencing a real delay in the sale/purchase of property?
I feel that I'm losing the plot. I separated from my partner and we sold our family home. He has bought on already but mine is still taking ages. We were meant to complete this week and honestly the stress it's causing me is huge. I'm petrified that the lady I'm buying from won't sell but I know she is keen to move.
I'm not sure where the issues lie (I think lack of communication!) but I'm nervous as hell and my ex is taunting me about it all falling flat. I hope not and I'm honestly sick to my stomach with it all.
