Bugaboo fox 3 straps backwards

Sorry if not an an appropriate forum but not sure where else to put it.

We have changed our fox 3 from a bassinet to a chair tonight but I'm confused about the straps. Looks like theyve been threaded wrong. When put over babies shoulders you have to twist them to click them in. Doesn't look very comfy. Pics show the straps the other way round but I can't so it without twisting it. What have we done wrong

Or is this correct and you're meant to fold at the top?

Hi, this is the correct way round, its supposed to be so when you pop tbe child in the seat the straps sort of hover over their shoulders so you don't have to fidget for them! It is honestly easier when you get the nack!
