Help! I muted my Apple Watch, and now I can't get the sound back

I covered the screen with my palm to mute in class, and now it's silent.

Morning alarm / text alerts etc making no noice.

Turned volume up in Sounds and Haptics, nada!

Googled, but no obvious solution comes up.

Help, oh wise Mumsnetters.

Oh, tried turning it off and on again

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and you should see a mute icon. It's like a red bell with a line through.

Already checked, not muted!

Have you accidentally pressed the Cinena setting? It looks like a theatre mask. That silences your notifications.

Is there a dot on the top of the watch screen? What colour is it?
