Inspired by a thread I read a few years ago and now cannot find.
What are your not so selfish self care routines/tips?
I'm feeling a bit up and down and after spending an eye watering amount on a new skincare haul, I'd like to feel "me" again.
I work as a student nurse (and mum to DS) so self care doesn't come in top priority anymore but anything is better than nothing!
I'll start, each time I visit the hairdressers (used to be religiously) I book my next appointment in for 6 weeks time and make sure I stick to it.
I also sometimes after a school run will nip to the coffee shop close by and indulge in a fancy coffee and slice of cake and people watch
