Hourly cleaner rate

Hi,
If you have a cleaner, what is the hourly rate you pay please? We have recently received two quotes from £18- 25 ph and live in SE (not close to London). Have no idea if this high or standard. If you do share your hourly rate, could you pls share rough location as this will reflect on price. Thank you

I am in central London and pay 15 per hour to an agency. Small 3 bed flat. I provide cleaning supplies.

We use an agency. and I pay £15/hour and supply my own cleaning material and equipment, SE London borough.

Before that we had a self-employed cleaner and she charged £12/hour.
