A seller on Vinted has not sent my item but has pretended that they have as they failed to get tracking. Will they get paid even though I have not received the item or do I have to press 'Everything is ok' then they get paid?

Vinted don't pay unless the delivery is confirmed.

Raise a complaint on Vinted.

You need to tell vinted that it’s not arrived.

As a buyer you have to confirm it’s a) arrived and b) condition as expected. Given they are unable to provide proof of posting this is open and shut case I would think.
