Food wise...that have saved you money aswell...basic pasta, cereal, biscuits etc aren't bad at all....

Greek yoghurt. I only tried it when I was at risk of GD in pregnancy so cut every type of sugar and carb from my diet.

I haven't been without a tub in my fridge since.

Aldi Greek yoghurt. Stopped me paying a fortune for Fage every week.

I've always bought home brands ,having several ( now grown up) children to feed. The only thing they complained about was budget coco pops. I got round this by buying one box of kelloggs then secretly refilled it each week with the budget brand
They never noticed the difference 🤣🤣
