Emergency treatment for the two mountains on my face?

Two gigantic (cystic?) spots appeared on my face yesterday and I have woken up to them really sore and angry.

They don't have a head.

I have an event tomorrow night and I am desperate for them to be gone, or significantly reduced in size.

I'm allergic to acnecide.

I'll try anything. Please help!!!!

Can you bathe them with warm salt water to bring them to a head?

Cosrx pimple patches will significantly reduce the size. I believe they now sell them in boots. Salicylic acid spot on treatment will also work. If you can’t get hold of that I recommend Savlon or Germolene in a pinch.
