Best sanitary towel for heavy periods

I won't even bother to say I'm not a period troll (that's what they all say)

Google seems to have conflicting info. I'm going to be away. In a house with pristine white bedding.

I currently use Always Maxi but they don't always do the trick.

I'm happy to spend £ and I'd consider maternity pads (ones I've used when I was actually post natal weren't great though!)

I would.invest in the super hard-core modi bodies period shorts for night time. Life changing.

Asda night time maxi pads.

The best would be incontinence pads like Tena Lady as they absorb a LOT more blood than any sanitary pad. Or you could go the whole hog and get their disposable pants, or buy "inco" pads to lie on in case of any leaks.

I second tena lady
The only thing that contains my period floods at night
