Just that really? £50 to spend, on me rather than the house, what do I want? I dint really need anything.

When I've had that sort of sum I've spent it on things like informal jewellery from somewhere like John Lewis, M&S or Joe Browns - you can get a nice casual necklace and earrings for that sort of money.

I'd buy some really nice soft pjs/loungewear, some yellow roses and a lovely bottle of Chablis

My first thought would be a new pair of converse or a new bag.

If you're not sure there is anything you want/need, you could be boring but sensible & invest it in your ISA / SIPP.

Followed by nice tea & cake.

what do you like doing? Reading? Buy a brand new book after browsing in a lovely bookshop. sewing? Spend an hour in the fabric shop then buy some.
Id do both of these things, then I’d treat myself to a bottle of wine, a nice box of chocs that would be just for me and tea and cake in a litre cafe somewhere!
