I have just sold an exercise bike on facebook. Tested before and was working fine. Shes saying its now not working. What do I do?! I dont want the bloody thing back!

Can she send you photos or a video of why it's not working !?? This may help when did you sell it ?

Just say no returns.
I always put that on anything I sell on ebay.
I don't like facebook marketplace as they then know where you live and can turn up if theres any problems.
She's probably just trying it on, just say it was working perfectly when you sold it!
You can always bloke her if she keeps bugging you!

Only yesterday. Problem is we have no manual and it was literally plug it in and it worked.

Could you find the make and model and try to download one internet, a possibility and shows your willing to help - to a certain point if you follow
