Found out I am pregnant last week and am around the 7 week mark going by my dates.
I’m 100% sure I want to terminate, I am 35, already have two dc and am no longer with the father, who is unsurprisingly being a total arse about it.
I have already requested an appointment with BPAS, but wanted to know how long it generally takes from start to end? It may sound awful, but I just want to get things moving so I am able to move on with my life.
I’ve been reading some information and want to know if I’m able to request an at home medical, as I have no family around to care for my dc.

I am currently going through an abortion so I will break down what happened for me.

I filled out the online form on the BPAS website, I think it was my information and date of my last period etc. I received an email to fill out another form regarding my medical history. 2 days later I received a call from BPAS, basically going through my medical form, asking me if I’m sure I want to proceed etc. Based on the information I gave them they said I did not need a scan and they told me the tablets/information booklet would be delivered to my home by Tuesday (this telephone call happened on Thursday). But they ended up turning up Saturday morning.

I took the first pill Monday and I will need to take the others tonight. I feel ok, just some bleeding and slight cramping.

Thank you! I never really thought I would ever have to have an abortion, I’m very much pro choice and didn’t think I would ever be able to go through with one, however I knew as soon as I found out that is what I wanted.

It’s just the waiting that’s killing me and I’m trying not to think about it.

hi how are you feeling ? I’ve had two abortions but they were before the pills by post thing . I had to take my first pill in a clinic then go back for the next lot . It was a right pain as I had to get childcare get a lift to the clinic etc . My other abortion was a surgical and was a lot quicker , easier and less painful. I hope everything goes smoothly for you I know it’s a horrible situation to be in 💐

Hi, not feeling great to be honest.
I’ve been arguing with the father, who doesn’t believe I’m pregnant or that it’s even his ( he is my dcs father) have got a phone appointment booked for Friday with BPAS, so things are moving ahead.

Just wish I could get my head straight, feel like I’m walking around in a daze and nothing has even been discussed yet, don’t know how I’m going to get through this.

Yeah that’s what my ex did to . He said me being pregnant was nothing to do with him. Then he didn’t believe I was pregnant and was faking it. Unfortunately some men are like this.

He actually asked who the father was, I’m not really shocked by his reaction but definitely disappointed.
