Silly question. What are we allowed to take in the hold in our 1 large case?
Am I allowed: toothpaste, 200ml suncream bottles, teabags, shampoo and conditioner in large bottles, etc?
I know about the 10 x 100ml bottles max per person in cabin luggage.

You can take whatever you like in your hold baggage. The only restrictions are for cabin bags.

Yes that is fine but watch you luggage weight if taking lots of liquids. I am not sure there is a liquid limit for hold baggage but restrictions on some types like alcohol. The cabin limit is because it is theoretically possible to take the components of a bomb if larger volumes allowed.

You can put anything in your hold luggage but definitely be aware of weight limit. It can all add up, especially if your suitcase is heavy to begin with. Buy the smallest bottles of toiletries you can, or alternatively take them when they're half empty with just enough in to last you for your stay.
