Sertraline weight and withdrawal

if you’ve lowered your sertraline dose, how did you do it, how long did it take and how difficult was it?

I'm on 75mg and would like to lower to 50mg

secondly, have you gained or lost weight on sertraline? Did your weight change again when you stopped sertraline?

I was on 50. Went up to 100 for a while. Now back on 50. No issues at all. Just went down from 100 to 75 to 50 over a few days I think. No withdrawal symptoms and no weight loss or weight gain from Sertraline either (been on it 4 years now).
