I had an appointment for a long stay French visa today. I gave my passport and other documents in and then had biometrics done as expected. But at no point did anybody tell me to pay and I don't know if I was supposed to pay upon applying today or if I pay for it when I collect it from them. I just looked on the visa portal page and it says I submitted it today and nothing about not having paid. I paid the service charge before the appointment but it said on one of my other documents that I should pay about £85 on top of that. I'm so stressed!!!!
