DS is 10, awaiting assessment for autism and is allergic to dairy and egg.
Diet has always been quite varied but is narrowing. Veg we are down to broccoli, carrots and mushrooms with one different one that I let him choose for the week that has to be tried (always something he has previously loved, I'm not forcing him to eat veg that he's always disliked).
Meals are becoming so boring. If he likes a new recipe he wants it at least twice a week for 3 months then will probably decide he hates it (and by that time we are probably sick of it too 😁).
I got the book in the thread title from the library and although a lot of the recipes would have to adapted, I was wondering what people thought of the philosophy behind it? Did you find it significantly changed what you were able to get your kids to eat?
