Can you give yourself goosebumps?

I am watching a film with my daughter and I demonstrated that by stroking my scalp, I can give myself goosebumps.
She has tried and cannot do it.
So I did a quick Google and apparently it is quite rare to be able to do so.
Anyone else here in the self induced goosebumps club?

Yes, just by thinking about it I can give myself goosebumps on the back of my neck. Just did it to check.

If I stroke the inside of my elbow I get goosebumps.

Yes! Only found ou this year it's not normal. I send a shiver down my spine and after about 3 of these I get goosebumps. If i do it too many times I get stuck in a loop of doing it and can't stop.
It was a taskmaster episode that made me realise not everyone has this pointless skill

Yes I just force a shiver down my body and I get goosebumps on arms and hairs stand up

Yep I just have to think about eating food with one of those vile wooden forks you get with pre packed salads 😣

Yes, me too.

Yes. I can't explain how I do it, sort of an internal body roll. I assumed it was normal.

I can. I think a particular thought about something that happened once (nothing horrific, just urgh, no, ow! minor thing) and immediately get them.

yes! i can also do this but alert if you do it after drink alcohol it goes to extreme level you will get a typical mental type of trauma maybe happen in your past and you can not control your emotion and body . your body will out of control work as a adernaline rush and can kill anyone if not stopped by someone.
