I'm due to return to work in just over a month and there has been an ideal job opportunity come up. I currently work for the trust but the new job is for my local GP practice which would be the next band up and right on my door step, these jobs rarely come up so I have applied. Obviously there's a good chance I won't get the job but I'm just curious has anyone not gone back or briefly returned for a short period after maternity and then left for another job? How was paying back the maternity money enforced and how did you have to pay it back? I'm be clueless to it all and can't access policies from home.
