So I fell over last week and hurt my big toe, after a day of swelling and pain and not being able to move it properly I took myself off to minor injuries to find out if it was broken. They spotted an old break and didn't spot anything else so I went away and have been carrying on as normal but the pain is really not normal. I just showed photos of the X-ray to DSIL who used to be a nurse and she has looked and seen a line just like the old break exactly where it is painful. I don't know why they and I missed it. Am I right in thinking there is nothing that they can do anyway or should I go back to Minor injuries (now in different town as am moving around visiting friends and family) and try and get one of those boots for fractured feet or what do you recommend?
