Need to take the two DS (nearly 9 and 7) to the barbers tomorrow. Can someone tell me what to ask for. I mean I’m taken them a thousand times before but they never end up with particularly good haircuts, even since I switched to the local “trendy” barber which is not cheap!
smaller ds has slightly wavy hair and likes/suits it quite shaggy. Doesn’t like clippers . If anyone has seen it I’d love him to grow it out to be like the kid in the “Adam Project”.
Older son is fine with clippers and tends to have number 4 round the back and sides
but a longish floppy fringe. Occasionally it looks really good, mostly it looks a mess. He won’t tolerate any kind of gunk in his hair. His hair is much straighter and quite thick.
Any guidance much appreciated. I’m equally useless trying to describe to my own hairdresser what I want her to do to my hair. I once had a hairdresser that was fantastic and I let him just do what he wanted which was far easier once I trusted him.
DH has obliged to take them in the past which has been ok but he insists on taking them to the old man barbers where they come out looking the same(as each other!).
