Should I do anything about DD?

DD had her 12 month old injections on Friday, she has had a high temp since the early hours of Saturday morning, it's currently at 39.9 she has had some calpol about a hour before, do I just keep giving her calpol 4 hourly and hope it comes down or get her seen? I'm presuming it's the injections but obviously could be something else.

I would call for advice with that temp. Mine was a little higher, around 38 for 24 hours.

Have you tried alternating calpol and nurofen.

Is she eating? Wet nappies?

with my children, I find that calpol doesn’t help at all but nurofen does. As she’s so little, I will call the NHS helpline for advice
