Can you recommend a lodge

or self catering property, in yorkshire, lake district or durham area that has a swimming pool on-site. Also want somewhere that has a washing machine in the lodge/unit/apartment.

Cannot afford to go to centre parks (and the lodges at whinfell don't have washing machines) so please don't recommend. It's for October break so I'm not too worried about availability.

Oops just seen that you want a pool. Flowery Dell doesn’t have a pool.

These are really great. Landal have other parks around the country also although not sure if they are all the same quality.

Landal are like centre parcs only better (and cleaner) imo.

I'm searching for the same thing.

Darwin Forest looks good if I can find a dog free, 3 bedrooms with proper beds, no singles or bunks!

I've been to Landal Darwin Forest when DS was small. Lodge was OK but dishwasher was leaking. They did get someone out to fix it quickly though.
I wanted somewhere further north as we are in Scotland and I don't want to drive that far.
