I don't often get chance to read anymore however DSC are going on holiday for 2 weeks this coming Thursday so I have signed up to a free 2 month kindle unlimited trial.

Hit me with some good kindle unlimited books!

My preferred genre is crime/ crime thriller. I like Sherlock type books, murder mysteries etc.

I dislike Sci-fi, horror or anything overly romantic.

Thanks!!

JD Kirk series is really good!

@FayKnights Thank you! I didn't think anyone would reply at this hour. I'm on a night shift and trying to pass some time.

Check out all the authors on Joffe Books website. Some are really good and most seem to be on KU. Greta Mulrooney's crime book series (there are 2 series) are good , I think

I read loads, so Kindle Unlimited has been a godsend to me. I like crime, thrillers, police procedurals and chillers.
I’d recommend Damien Boyd, Rita Herron, Angela Marstons, Matt Brolly, Melinda Leigh, Kendra Elliot, DS Butler - all of which are usually free.

I tend to go through series of books one after the other, sticking with a central character.

CormoranStrike · 24/07/2022 05:49

Jd Kirk - the series just gets better as he goes on.

deflatedbirthday · 24/07/2022 05:59

Thank you all! Lots to go on 😊

If its Kindle Unlimited just pick a few at random, if you don't like it ditch it, try another author.

Melinda Leigh and Kendra Elliot are great

BlueSkyWarmSea · 24/07/2022 08:36

Agree with Melinda Leigh and Kendra Elliott if you like US crime fiction. For UK I'm just reading through all the Joy Ellis books, although I'd not recommend starting with the Matt Ballard series, as they are a bit different to the others.

Just another recommendation for Alex Smith's Robert Kett series and have just started (well, book 4 now 😀) JD Kirk. I love that the whole series of both is on kindle unlimited and have read more books in the last month than I had in the previous year!
