Tonight for the majority of it, then just a few last bits in the morning.

For one night away? It will take 10 mins tomorrow morning.

For an overnight trip I'd pack in morning.
Surely it won't take you any more than 10 or 15 minutes even packing for a child as well

For an overnight I'd leave it till the morning, it only takes minutes. Unless you have a baby and need travel cot, steriliser all that sort of stuff.
