I have had a official letter to renew the tax on DH car. However,
a) this car was taxed for 12 months, in January 2022 (I have the email receipt)
b) this car is a nil value tax (don't actually have to pay vehicle tax, but still have to tax it)
c) the letter says direct debit has been cancelled for this vehicle, but as above no direct debit set up as it is a nil value tax vehicle
And d) when I inputted the code off the letter into the government dvla website it said it wasn't valid.
Can anyone make sense of this, as I'm confused
