pre 2005 when the MCA was introduced what was the process ?
Would the person whose capacity that was being assessed have known or would it have been done for example by a gp and they were not aware ?
pre 2005 would it have also been about one decision and one point in time and not a general assessment of capacity? I can’t find anything online but would like to know what the process was
