Yodel say they've delivered a parcel but it's not here. Getting the run around now.

I've been in all day, no parcel. They're not allowed to leave it with a neighbour and no safe space. Email says it was delivered at 11:26. I've contacted Yodel who said the van GPS shows it was at my house. My neighbours are out anyway, I've searched the front garden and no sign of it. I've asked Yodel for the photo of the parcel in the open door which they are supposed to take for this delivery and they've told me to contact the seller.

Is that right? My seller surely won't have the photo?

They have said they'll interview the driver when the driver gets back.

Contact the seller anyway it's their contract with Yodel not yours (unless you've arranged your own delivery)

Thanks, just emailed them. It's so annoying if the parcel is lost as it was the last pair of shoes in my size!
