Amazon echo - 2 in the house

I've jus bought dd an echo for her own room. Currently I'm only set up for streaming music on one device. If I want to play music simultaneously on our individual devices we need to move to the family stream which is 14.99 a month. It allows 6 devices but we've only got 2 of us.

I was wondering about signing up for Amazon prime as that gives prime music. Does anyone know if you can use it on 2 devices at the same time and also whether the 2 million songs are the general mainstream stuff that we listen to anyway ?

Prime music doesn't have as much as Amazon music.

But you do often find yourself unable to access a song you want. Just depends how important that is to you. I find it absolutely fine.

And yeah. Most mainstream stuff on the radio is on prime music.

Ah ok thanks. Think we might try the prime first and see if it's sufficient as it's half the price of the family one, and we're fairly mainstream in our listening
