Heartrate 2 week wait

Hi guys, i wear a fitbit and regularly exercise.
I had a transfer on Thursday 14th july and my heartrate was 62bpm today my heartrate is measuring 69bpm, it has not been this high since January 2022, has anyone else noticed their heartrate increase so noticeably in the 2 week wait?

Any chance it could be related to the heat this week?

Honestly, i dont think so, i was in Turkey at the beginning of june, the temperature was higher than here and my heartrate lower 😊

I would say heat.

It's not the same as being hot on holiday. Mine stayed low in Turkey but was higher Monday and Tues this week and not gone down today either

For anyone thinking its heat, i live in northern ireland, our heatwave lasted 1 day monday 18th july unlike the uk which has been in a continuous heatwave

It might be because you're more stressed than usual, because of the 2ww.
