CV advice needed

Please can someone e give me advice on tbe up to date way of writing a cv.
An internal job has come up in a different team that I really want to do.
In bold it says that the cv must evidence requirements of job profile eith a supporting statement outlining how I meet the key requirements ( I do meet all the requirements)
I am so out of touch with cv and would appreciate support.

The top tip I would give myself is to spell check before sending and also make sure I have my reading glasses on while preparing a cv!
