Small hen do ideas??

I'm organising a hen do for my best friend in February next year. We are all late 30s/40s so past the whole stripper L plate phase. There will probably be around 10 of us. I'm thinking a nice intimate meal somewhere with some table decorations nothing extravagant... but I'd like to throw in a couple of surprises. However I've no idea what! Any ideas ladies??

It’s all about celebrating the bride so what about a quiz about her. When was her first kiss, stuff like that.
Could you organise to start with a round of her favourite cocktails?
If you can get somewhere with a private room do a playlist of the most popular song from every year of her life and have that playing as background.

Hire a limo to pick you all up?
