I just got my period

6 weeks postpartum 😅 Anyone else get it back this early? I thought I was having pmt symptoms but ofc I had no idea what my hormones were doing. Now I have to remember how to cycle track again!

Mine came back at 4 months, very irregular with 1 cycle being 40 days. It seemed to start returning to a normal-ish cycle pattern around 6 months and I've fallen pregnant again so no more for me for a while 🤣

Yup! Me too, both times, despite EBF as well.

I think I was 8 weeks with DC1 (bottlefed) but I had a glorious 18 months with DC2 (breastfeed until she was nearly 3). DC3 had a feeding tube so I expressed for 6 months but as soon as I stopped my periods came back.

12 weeks on the dot. FF baby. I was actually a bit worried it wouldn’t return.

Yeah I didn't get any breaks at all and was EBF. With my first I didn't stop bleeding for 3 months for a start then when it eventually stopped I got a period just a few weeks later. Then second time it was 6 weeks then 2 weeks off before it started again. The only good thing that came of it is that I had always had horribly irregular periods and after giving birth I actually got a normal cycle where I could predict a few days where I was likely to start instead of always having to be prepared for it.
