I think it's running or weight training!
What's your particular thing?

I see tons of posts about lifting especially, it seems to be extremely popular on here.

Gym classes for me mainly but ones that I corps rate weights, not cardio!

I do lots of walking and cycling as well though.

KangarooKenny · 19/07/2022 16:51

I do a gym class, but I’d love to learn to weightlift. I’d rather do a class to learn than going with a PT.

Gliblet · 19/07/2022 16:52

I hate running 😁I do Taekwon-do, kickboxing, basic yoga, and I cycle to and from work.

stuntbubbles · 19/07/2022 16:57

For DHs, it’s one that’s too outing to say (cycling).

MarpleFan · 19/07/2022 16:58

Peloton & P.Volve for me. Gyms and I do not get on.

Elvira2000 · 19/07/2022 16:58

Dog walking - at least 2 hours a day and lost about a stone from it.

Weirdlynormal · 19/07/2022 16:59

Running and Pilates for me. The odd row and I do a few (very few) upper body strength exercises

SirChenjins · 19/07/2022 17:00

Dog walking - no time for anything else between that, full time work and ferrying the youngest Chen to his various evening things.

Exactly what I was going to say 😁

The undisclosed hobby that always turns out to be cycling.

Cardio and resistance training at the gym. I also walk to and from the gym which is about 1.5 miles each way

massistar · 19/07/2022 17:15

I play netball and tennis and do a weekly boxercise class! Hate running!

ShirleyJackson · 19/07/2022 17:15

Resistance training, swimming, running and yoga here.

I love walking, massively underrated and free! I don't have a dog but love to get onto canal sides or go into the fells and just walk all day.
During the first 2 lockdowns I barely went out due to caring for a relative and quickly became stiff and unfit, I do think the extra wine caused the weight gain though!
It is one advantage to not driving, but you feel the loss of a car in winter in the freezing rain with heavy shopping! This is where decent outdoor clothes come in...

Running, yoga & pilates here. Also love walking but see it as a hobby rather than exercise.

PeloAddict · 20/07/2022 00:45

Peloton for me (see user name!)
