Someone just backing into our garage door and drive off. Options?

Three witnesses (not us) and they think she was drunk. We have the reg number. 101 just tells us to report online. Is that all we can do? Will we have to claim on our insurance or give the reg details to them?

I'd phone the non emergency line and report a drink driver.

You can’t report over the phone. You just get a message to report online (Wales). Which we are trying to do but the web page isn’t working.

And sorry for the badly worded title. I was distracted by an angry DH.

If you have good reason to think she was driving whilst drunk ring 999. Don't hesitate. She could kill someone - tell them you are concerned about that (as well as the damage to your garage). If they think it's inappropriate they will downgrade the call.
