Urgent tips how to remember talk I have to give tomorrow

I've got a job interview tomorrow afternoon, and have to rattle off a 5 min pitch on a technical subject. Only I can't remember it! Tips on getting it to stick?! I expect I'll still use notes but don't want to straight up read it.

The 3 and3 trick divide into
3 main section a and divide those into 3 headers

What kind of learner are you? Would a mindmap help? Or putting the headings into pictures? Making a song about it? here are some other techniques.

Just rehearse and rehearse and rehearse. There’s no shortcut

Thanks folks. I think I'm doomed but hey..

Record yourself and play it on a loop?
Maybe speak slowly and when you listen, try and remember what you're going to say next?

Memorise the first and last sentences so you can look people in the eye as you start and finish. Do the rest from notes- I use a list of keywords to remind me of the various points I want to include.

Choose a keyword for each section.

Then memorise the keywords.

It will anchor your place in the pitch and serve as a memory aid to each new section.
