Friend and plastic surgery

My friend has recently had a boob job, top Harley St Doctor, she did lots of background research before hand. She isn’t really healing she was told It was because she did too much in the first 2 weeks post op. She had it done 4 weeks ago.She is booked in early August to have further procedures, imo this sounds quite scary based on where she’s at now.
She isn’t in London so she’s having zoom calls with the surgeon but he hasn’t told her to hang fire on the other procedures .
Is this even ethical?

Isn’t healing as in oozing? Sore? Inflamed?
Maybe suggest she books an appointment with the practice nurse at her surgery for them to see if the incisions look ok?
is she a smoker? A high protein diet helps wound healing. If she is having problems then I imagine she is concerned about further procedures too.

She said it was gammy she’s on her 2nd antibiotic dressing I have said she should contact her surgery but she’s not keen and she seems determined to go ahead regardless

she may need oral antibiotics.
Ask her how she’ll feel if the area that’s gammy spreads and her nipple ends up dropping off! That might shock her into seeking treatment. Tell her no one will judge her for having her boobs done or for the fact things haven’t gone perfectly, it’s more important for her to get help.

Thank you I will tell her she had a course at the start but will try and advise she needs to get re examined locally and get some more antibiotics

It’s very unlikely (guarantee they won’t) they will go ahead with surgery in august if she has an infection.
