In the heat I developed these incredibly tender areas of skin on the arches of my feet that are excruciating to touch.
I ave no idea what they are despite Google search. Ive had them before when on Holiday but now they are starting in the heatwave. Doesn't seem like prickly heat but that seems the most likely? The one with darker background is when on holiday.
