Hi just wondering if anyone on here with TSB could check something out for me. When trying to ring up to get through to them, where it asks to type in your date of birth, sort code or 3 digit pin, it's always saying one of them is not recognised. When the sort code works, it'll be the date of birth that's not recognised, or vice versa. I got through eventually but it's annoying and I'm worried in case this is just me or if it's happening to anyone else? Thanks in advance.
