Have they discontinued Shield soap?

If not, where can I find it?
If so, what can I use instead?

Just started using my last bar today and would love to be able to buy more or would be grateful for recommendations or alternatives. I like it because it doesn't dry out my skin and I believe it has slight deodorant properties.

However, a quick search for shield didnt bring anything up on Amazon which is a pity seeing as I purchase virtually everything from there, but did remind me that Pears does a blue and a green one which are really really fresh, they're lovely.

Thank you. I have emailed them but everyone on their site says they are out of stock. I have never seen the blue Pears soap before so I might give it a try.

Yeah sadly it seems it has been discontinued. Irish Spring comes up when I search for it, apparently its a deodorant bar..

Blue pears soap is lovely. 40 odd pence in Home Bargains (where I have seen Shield) or 70 odd pence in Savers

You’ll find it on Ebay bought some last year.

I'm using Shield at the moment, it was the last bar in a multipack - I'll be scouring the supermarkets for more if it's gone out of production! Will try the blue pears soap, they changed the scent of the amber bar so I stopped using it.

I long for a retro bar of pearl soap. The pink one. They were the height of luxury bathing when I was a child. And the glimmery box!!

Thank you everyone. I have had no luck online or in Boots. I used to be able to find it in Sainsbury's but now I will look in Tesco and Wilko.

We get an Asda’s own deodorant soap which works identically… might be worth a try?

Can I hijack please? Has anyone seen the Wright’s Coal Tar liquid soap with a pump dispenser?
I’ve struggled to find it, and when I do, it only has a flip top lid and I want a pump action one.

I got an email from the manufacturer today. They have had supply issues but these are now resolved and we should see it back in the shops in a few weeks.

It's available again in Sainsbury's online.
