Present for a brit living in Portugal

Need ideas for a thank you present. Don't now the person well, she manages the place we're renting in Lisbon and is British. Has a 9 year old boy and an 18 months old baby.

Was thinking maybe something from here that she may not easily find there, but no idea what. Any thoughts?

Yorkshire tea , shortbread , lemon curd , picked onion monster munch , salt and vinegar square crisps , creme crackers , Cadbury chocolate.

TBH, you can get most British food stuffs here. I said Marmite as it’s the most expensive one here. There are British food shops, at least where I live and they are generally reasonably priced.
