Mini pill advice

My brain can't cope with this process so I'm turning you to wise bunch.
I'm on a mini pill Cerelle. I take it when I get into bed so usually about 10. I'm off away soon and the time difference is 6 hours behind. So I am I right in thinking I just take it at 4pm local time?
Alternatively could I have a 7day break and start taking at a time that would be bedtime abroad.

Cetelle has a 12 hour window to take it so if 10pm works best for you then I'd keep taking it at that time I.e. take it at 10pm local time on your holiday.

You have quite a big window with that one, I'd just take it before bed as usual.

Ah I thought it was 3 hours. Doh

Hey can someone help me please I stopped taking the pill mid pack on the 27th of June I had a withdrawal bleed on the 2nd of July when would my normal period return flo says it should of been here today and it hasn’t so I’m panicking 😭
