Went to a chain restaurant yesterday and got an email today asking me to fill out the survey, which I did. Lots of boxes for comments but it got me wondering if they're ever read? I just wondered if anyone works somewhere that does this and could answer? I generally only write something if I want to be very positive or very negative! But I'm curious if ,I'm just wasting my time!
