Would be very grateful for help in relation to Uk-France ferry travel and advanced passenger information.
Travelling with DFDS - came to France a couple of weeks ago, provided advanced passenger information 24 hours before outward sailing as requested, was linked to booking reference number (prompted to look up sailing using DFDS reference and my surname). Tried to do the same thing for return trip (after email prompt from booking agency). I needed to use the same booking reference number to look up the sailing but am getting a message that my details can’t be changed because the sailing has already departed. Is clearly referring to the outward trip.
As both trips are under the same booking reference, will the information I already provided for the outward journey be already available to whatever agency is requesting it for the return trip? Is it the case that I don’t actually need to submit it for the return? Does anyone have experience of what they did that they can help me with?
