Selling iPhone via a website - how long? Has stalled.

Weird. I handed it in and got a receipt 3rd July and it says give 7 days to arrive - lots of updates on movement until 5th July when it was despatched to national depot and ... nothing.
Has anyone sold via one of the 'we buy your phone sites'? I've not had issues before but that was CDs many years ago.

handed It in where? That was a Sunday. I’m assuming it will be 7 working days, which would be today. What national depot & how far is that from its final destination?

Music magpie has quite a good reputation for future reference & they buy phones, we buy a lot of phones through them for teens. the ones I’ve returned for whatever reason have always been tracked & arrived quickly and refunds / exchanges issued promptly.

Yes - MM all was smooth and then no update since July 5th. No idea on locations apart from where I dropped it. Good to hear it's worked well for you, hopefully it will update soon.

National depot of which delivery service? Have you tried to find out if they have any particular problems at the moment?

Omg - just googled and read the reviews. Thanks for the suggestion , they are all terrible from what I can see.

Have been in touch and they've opened an investigation. Just feel quite stressed. Luckily I screen shot the IMEI number as they need that. Tip for anyone sending stuff - screen shot the information pages on the phone first.
Depressing as I was expecting ££ by now.

I sold mine. No problems at all. I searched for the best price and it was in my bank in days. Sorry you are having this issue.
