I think I might have vertigo.
If im looking at something and it's moving (like a train) I immediately go dizzy.
If im in a car going round a roundabout I go dizzy.

Any tips for not going dizzy in a plane? During takeoff ? Turning etc ?

Apart from having had:

  • a recent head injury

  • medication that causes vertigo as part of side- effects

  • a recent-is ear infection

  • peri- or menopausal

then you may have vestibular system dysfunction - see here: www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/vestibular-balance-disorder

Look for a specialist Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.
Lots of exercises you can do to retrain the system.
