Stressed, weight loss need appetite stimulant - Help!

Title pretty much explains it.
I have lost about a stone (ish) over last couple of weeks, I have no appetite whatsoever - I can't eat when stressed.
I'm not particularly curvy when at my normal weight but I look terrible and feel shit.

Can you eat ice cream? Hot weather and all? It's pretty nutritious.
Chilled tinned custard?
Frozen fruit smoothies with full fat yogurt?

I find I can eat a lot of calories of those kind of things, without feeling full in any way.

Salt and vinegar crisps. Don't know why but they always do it for me.

Thanks, I've bought some Complan and some Greek Yogurt, (seems bloody obvious when someone else suggests it) I can't do Ice cream and crisps would involve chewing which is just far too much effort.

100% you need to up your protein and reduce sugar.

I add protein powder to my breakfast every morning. I also incorporate lean meat and lunch and dinner. Have you tried protein bars? Make sure the carb count is low!!! I'd say grenade is the best
