Nocturnal panic attacks

Triggered by this heat no doubt. I'm up after the third one in two hours. Anyone else?

ur not alone. Not as strong as panic attacks 4me but night is the worst time for overthinking and going thru anxious thoughts. Not heat related for me. I'm not in the UK right now and it's pouring with rain.
I try never to make decisions based on these night time thoughts. Things always seem easier in the morning.
