If you’ve got a peloton, have you lost weight since getting it?

Just curious. I have one and have been using it 2-3 times a week. Slowly starting to see a change in my legs and possibly around my hips I think, unsure whether I should start using some of the weights workouts they do as well.

Not a single gram. But my legs and bottom are different and my mental health is so much better.

I should also say I don’t do long powerzone rides - more the fun 20-30 minute ones.

I tend to do a 5 min warm up, 20 or 30
min ride, then a 5 min cool down ride.
Then I do a 5 min post-ride stretch, followed by 10 min arms and 5 min core.
I like that I can be done and dusted in an hour.

Have also started using the outdoors audio walking sessions too, amd will often play a sleep meditation at night.

For the cost of it, I really want to feel like I’m getting my money’s worth!
